"This
exciting project is a perfect blend of partners," said Egbert Perry,
Chairman and CEO of The Integral Group that is handling the
development end. "Big Bethel AME church officials came to us
with a vision for the community based on key property that they
owned. From the start, everyone at the table had their heart in the
right place and wanted what was best for the future of the Sweet
Auburn neighborhood." Carl L. Powell, President and COO of the
Integral Real Estate Group, the commercial development division of
Integral stated, “ We are attempting to marry the very special past
culture of Auburn Avenue with the new urban living and entertainment
experiences which are common in today’s mixed use developments. “
