ATRIUM ON SWEET AUBURN ARTIST MARKET

The Atrium will have an Artists Market as part of the 2008 Sweet Auburn Spring Festival, May 9-11.  Thousands of people attend this annual festival & this is a great opportunity to display & sell your work!  The application for participation is attached and we hope you will participate.  Due to limited space, email or call to express your interest so that we can keep you current on what is available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All vending space purchases are final, non-transferable and non-refundable.  Full payment is required to reserve a space.  This event will be held rain or shine.

As a Vendor, I/We agree to adhere to the following:

  1. Artists participate at their own risk and take full responsibility for all of their products and equipment, personal safety, lost and sales.  Neither THE ATRIUM nor The Sweet Auburn Springfest is responsible for any items that are missing or lost from your vending area.
  2. All loading and unloading will take place at the Jessie Hill Drive entrance to THE ATRIUM.
  3. All artists must be set up and ready for business 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event.
  4. All vehicles must be removed from the festival area 30 minutes before the start of the event or they will be towed at the owner’s expense.

By submitting this application the artist agrees with the above terms and conditions.

THE ATRIUM management reserves the right to close exhibits for failure to comply with event rules.
